A fast recipe fast ...

To make me forgive the long absence I can only try to take you by the throat, so ... Here is a quick and easy recipe, but very effective and, above all, a delight for the palate!

It 's the recipe for the cakes to Mary, also called Muffin (thanks to my friend Anna for giving me the mountain past recipe):

• 2 eggs 2 cups of sugar
• 2 cups of flour (or half and half flour, cornstarch or potato starch)
• 2 cups oil (rice or bean)

Mix the ingredients, fill the muffin molds and add a teaspoon of jam or Nutella, or chocolate chips.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees ... the result is this:

Ufff, che noia !!!
